A Very Slow Night and I Still Made $290

I think for the next two weeks it will be slow at work. After Thanksgiving there will be a lull then in November pick up again through till Christmas. I only made $60 tips but , and get this , I walked in and found out I won $230 on the NFL picks this week at work. So actually I made $290 tonight. Hey maybe that could be a second income , playing the NFL picks? No maybe not…..

    I about choked when I saw the title. WOOOOOHOOO! Although football pools are fun they are about as reliable as um, the waiter profession? ;DSweet pool you are in if the big win is that high I must say! :DCongrats.

    PurpleGirl…Thanks but it may only make up for the lack of tips this week but that is okay. The week before I finished second. If I could win this a couple more times it would be awesome. But there I go getting greedy.Ha

    Veteran Server…I'll say. Took the pressure off a night for poor sales and tips.
